Compose flowgroups
==================

Split a growing pipeline into flowgroups with clear inputs and outputs.
Flowgroups with the same ``pipeline`` value contribute to the same generated
pipeline. Dependencies come from what actions read and write, with
``depends_on`` available for dependencies LHP cannot infer.
